Step 2: Complete the Application Form

Fill in all sections of the application form with accurate and up-to-date information. Ensure that all required fields are completed, including:

• Details of the Pupil – Full name, preferred school name, sex, date of birth, nationality, and religion.

• Home Address and Contacts – The pupil’s home address and emergency contact details.

• Parental Information – Full details of the mother, father, or guardian, including occupation, contact details, and email addresses.

• Medical Information – Doctor’s details, medical conditions, allergies, or any relevant health concerns.

Step 3: Attach Required Documents

Ensure that you attach the following documents along with the completed application form:

• A copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport.
• Recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
• Copies of previous academic reports (for continuing students).
